AU Faculty Enhance Program Quality at Insightful AUN-QA Knowledge Sharing Session

On April 1, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) took a significant step toward bolstering educational excellence by organizing an engaging faculty development event titled “AUN-QA Knowledge Sharing” The event aimed to deepen faculty understanding of the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) criteria essential for comprehensive program self-assessment reports.

Held at the Seminar Room in De Montfort Hall, Hua Mak Campus, the session attracted 66 participants, including AU AUN-QA Committee members, deans, program directors, and faculty from various departments.

Assistant Professor Dr. Uree Cheasakul, Vice-President for Academic Affairs, opened the session, highlighting the crucial role of program quality and internal assessments in achieving international academic standards.

Dr. Chutamas Sundrarajun, Chair of the AU AUN-QA Committee, provided a comprehensive overview of AUN-QA, introducing the AU committee members and setting the stage for detailed discussions on GAP analysis and the alignment between Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) and Course Learning Outcomes (CLO).
