Shining Stars from Bangkok Tawiwit Bilingual School Experience Life at AU

WRITER : THE AU LIBRARY

On June 26-27, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) welcomed a bright and enthusiastic group of students from Bangkok Tawiwit Bilingual School (BBS) to the Suvarnabhumi Campus for an unforgettable day of exploration, inspiration, and academic engagement.

From the moment they stepped onto campus, the BBS students stood out—not just for their polished uniforms and confident smiles, but for their curiosity, questions, and eagerness to learn. Guided by the Office of the University Registrar, the visit offered them a full tour of AU’s world-class facilities, an introduction to academic programs, and a glimpse into the vibrant, multicultural life that defines AU.

Known for producing globally minded students, BBS has been a leader in bilingual education since 2002. Now a Cambridge International School, BBS students follow a challenging academic path with English, Thai, and Mandarin instruction, and many are already setting their sights on top Universities in Thailand and abroad.

During the visit, the students impressed AU staff and faculty with their thoughtful questions, global perspectives, and respectful, joyful presence. Whether discussing future study goals or participating in hands-on activities, they embodied the values of leadership, integrity, and diversity that both AU and BBS hold dear.

This visit is part of AU’s mission to connect with the next generation of changemakers—and based on what we saw, the future looks bright. We can’t wait to see these young scholars soar to new heights, and perhaps return to AU as our future innovators, entrepreneurs, and global citizens.
